Pokervoid.com has released a statement that Pokervoid.com is owned by NON-US Citizens and that affiliate accounts and payment methods are located offshore. Support is handled in both the US as well as offshore.

"In the light of the U.S. congress passing the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act it is worth noting that RakeBrain and all of its employees, operations and subsidiaries are all based in Europe."
