This is getting very very frustrating. 6/16 at showdown and all the way back to 2800...

Avoid getting sucked out on the river, Bob. This should be basic PLO strategy.

The 6-handed PLH tourney flew until they reached 7 and had a 56 minute FT bubble.

i have 13.5k at this break somehow, hahaha

I won a huge pot with KK55 double suited vs a short stack on the button, then the SB tried to isolate with 8910Q but i wasnt going away in the BB....good play or dumb?

Another nice pot with top 2 vs top pair and nut flush draw

i'm not gonna claim i have a clue, and perhaps you are just joking (i'm bad at pickup up sarcasm obviously!) but you were just over a 3-1 favorite on the turn. he had to call 3390 to see a pot of 13k+, giving him about 4-1.

fwiw, this is typical of the PLO games I play (err, donk $ away at), you aren't deep enough to price out the top set on the turn with your stack. i'm sure better PLO players can comment than I, but this seems a fairly standard PLO where both players played it "ok" but you took the worst of it.

(i say that, i think his flat call on your raise on the flop is bad, i *think* he has to push that to price out the diamond/straight draws, but again it's a case of not-deep-enough-stacks presenting a situation where all the $ is going in...)
