This is my first month back at Party, and I've already accumulated ~45k points. I e-mailed them to make sure I was VIP and 20to100VIP eligible, and they hit me with the bonus, no deposit.. which is good because I'm in the middle of a deposit for bonus points cycle.

check your bonus account page. if it is at the bottom of the page then you can use it. and of course you have to be vip.
