Does Brian know who did this to him? If not shouldnt he be told who did this?

Also why is what he did a big deal? These girls have public profiles on myspace.com correct? So isnt it public access? All he did was post their pics and say i banged them. Is this illegal in some way?

This is some [censored], I loved that thread, it was one of those things I checked every day. It must have been the "She kisses her daughter with that mouth" OHHHHHHHH GOD FACIAL action that put someone over the edge.

I'm sorry to hear about this, and I'm sorry that you have to deal with it. I also feel bad for all the people who read and enjoyed your posts w/o malicious intent. I'm not really sure what anyone can do about it at this point, though. Maybe move the whole thread to the mod forum for a month until things blow over? I hope things clear up for you as best they can.

Thanks for all the well wishes everyone. It's really no big deal though. 37 year-old said her peace over the phone, and I think the other two got tired of talking to my answering machine. I'd paste some of the nasty MySpace messages I've gotten, but I'm not sure what's "ok" to post any more. The main insults were small penis/bad lover, and most of the threats were in the form of vandalizing my house.

Like IggyWH said, I had become a bit lax lately, and well, even if the 37 year-old hadn't been on my friends list, it wouldn't have been too hard to find her searching for 37 year olds in Memphis.

It's a shame that the thread had to be locked because of it though, but I'm sure that at the very least the mods can remove my stuff from it and put it back up. Because it sounded like there were a lot of up and coming players and I was excited about those trip reports. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I don't know and don't really care. I'm sure it was some anonymous lurker. Even if it had been El Diablo himself, I put it out there and am the one to blame. I'm not exactly sure how to feel about them reading it anyhow. On the one hand, if any of their feelings were hurt for whatever reason, just or unjust, well I'm not heartless. But at the same time, all I did was take a public picture and describe honestly what happened between us.

Yeah, well 37 year-old went on about how it's illegal and public defamation of character, but declined to sue me. AFAIK, as long as I was honest (which I was), I can't be sued for libel.
