This probably doesn't necessarily belong here, but I know Jets fans are interested:

Atlanta Falcons DL John Abraham (groin) is out for the Week 2 game and might not return until Week 5. He is listed as questionable on the team's injury report.

GO JETS!!!

Week one was an awesomely pleasant suprise - shocked how good Pennington looked. I just hope he stays healthy. Having Laverneous as his primary receiver has got to be good for his psyche no doubt.

Game against the Patriots is gonna be Gooooot.

This might be a bit early, but Mangini is looking real good....

I guess we can't be too upset about this game. Jets played awful in the first half, but made a great comeback which shows some promise for the future.

Well the first half was a complete disaster. That being said:

I was especially encouraged how the offense stepped up its play as the 2nd. half wore on after being manhandled the first half. Once they put in Jones, Pennington at least started getting some time to make a throw.

Now all we need is a decent running back and Nose Tackle and I actually think this team can be quite competitive.

It's ridiculous how important QB is.

They really need to work on getting that running game going. Barlow has shown that he is clearly better than Blaylock (although that isn't saying much at all).

Our pass rush is hurting too.

I was really impressed at how this team fought back, even though they didn't pull through in the end. It's a complete 360 from last year under Herm. If this was last year that game would have ended 40-0. Instead they went out there and proved that they can at the very least play with the Patriots. We also made Pats fans everywhere sweat for the entire 4th quarter, which was excellent.

I'm interested to see if they can take that almost comeback into next week and stick it to the Bills in Buffalo.

I'm getting impressed! Another road win!

Defense came up with some big plays, Kerry Rhodes played great, and we may have found something in Leon Washington. I hope so because none of our other backs are any good at all.

Excellent road win. The defense came up big when we needed them to. Our running game looked a little better, which isn't saying much. It's pretty obvious we need Kendall back in there at full strength.

Our pass rush did look alot better this week.

That was definitely a big win considering the next 2 opponents: Colts & Jags.
