Wait, so if I'm reading this correctly Ozzy lost $100,000 betting on gigabet?

[/ QUOTE ]

he lost it to this guy

[/ QUOTE ]

That's correct, he lost a 100K bet on Gigabet regarding the August TLB prop bet. He also lost a $500 one to me on the same situation (I know, that should have had an article written about it too, right?). And yes, that's thorladen, aka Steve, in the yellow shirt talking to Joe Hachem (I took that pic).

[/ QUOTE ]

so that guy made a bet with a drunk 18 year old for $100k? classy.

No....

BigSlick789, the baby-faced poker protégé, showed up at Turning Stone full of hell; on this particular night, it was beer in Bushman’s room.

Slick was still drinking and still talking, exuding the confidence of a prophet.

When the bet was first discussed, Ozzy wasn't 100% sober from what I understand. However, he confirmed the bet the next day when he had fully recovered and even weeks after making the bet, he didn't regret it. Please don't insinuate that thorladen was taking advantage of Ozzy's state at the time... It was a clean bet.
