I like how we get to see the whole tournament but I really hate the whole WPT style and editing. I wish if it was just like HSP; no gay ass music all the time and no stupid commentators that say every five minutes "they all want to be named the best of the best"

And is it standard to get up and leave when the break begins and you are out of the hand, even when there is action on the table still?

[/ QUOTE ] Sure, why not?

Based on the commentary of the hand, I had no idea, I mean no idea that Oppenheim's KK would get cracked.
"I really, really don't like him not raising here. It's ok in cash games, but this is tournament poker! You've got to raise with Kings."
I was just SHOCKED when that 4 fell on the turn. I had absolutley no clue it was coming. Just had no premonition based on the commentary.

Commentary still awful. Can anyone explain why Seif would say that QQ is drawing dead against 76 on a 676x board?

[/ QUOTE ]

The other two queens were folded PF by other players.

I'm in the middle of watching this one, and I had to stop to post after Randy Jensen busted out because he played so horribly. Good Lord. Wish I'd found out where he was playing this month.

Am I the only one who has seen enough of Bigler?

He has a facial expression that says one thing to me

I love the constant repetition of the same theme again and again, just reworded.

"They want to win this so bad"
"They want to be the best of the best"
"If they lose this, it will be a horrible"

Well those aren't direct quotes, but it gets annoying.

I will say that Seif is better than Vince Van Patten. Damn, I can't stand Vince.

Seif was so insistent that Mimi should have reraised Bigler's UTG raise with 66.

Just watched this and episode 1. I'm really disappointed with how theyve decided to portray this on tv. The commentary is bad, and theres way too many corny gimmicks like breaking the tourney into "quarters." Also, Randy Jensen is completely retarded.

Hellmuth going nuts on two hands he got beat by a nut flush and a nut straight, one opp holding KQs and the other JTs because he couldn't believe they would call preflop with those hands. Does he think holdem is a 2 card game?
