i think that it has to be noted that im not in my 'raise every hand on the co or button' mode that alot of you have seen from me. if anything, im playing super standard 22/15.

i had a wheel with the nut flush draw. was hoping he'd push the turn light, and if not, i could encourage a loose call and make a PSB on the river. good? bad?

josh is a very aggressive player. If I haven't already pushed the turn, all the money is going in on the river.

if he leads 175 on the turn, i think i shove. the flop and turn half pot lead made me go wtf.

[/ QUOTE ]I feel like this spot is similar to having a FH with a bunch of draws on the board. You want the draws to pay, even though they can't hurt you. I mean that's not quite true here since straights are drawing live, but the 100$ bet vs. an unknown looks ok to me, as I think any FD calls and any set raises. But against a good player who knows that you are a good player, the 100$ bet looks really suspicious, as would a small lead out on a paired, draw-heavy board. I know I would have just pushed here on the turn anyways, but phil picked up on that because it shows so much strength. I mean yesterday I couldn't think of a hand you would pull this with, but the wheel with the nut FD is like the only thing that makes sense to me. I guess versus phil find a different line. Nice fold man.

I think your turn bet did everything you could not to get all the chips in the middle.
