next time try mashing the avacado up and then spreading it like butter. This allows for a more even distribution of avacado and as a bonus the other ingredients tend to stick to the bread.

You seriously need a BBQ. Yesterday I grilled two full fillets of sockeye, corn on the cob, skewers of garlic prawns, spuds, and a whole pile of vegetables which of later made into a salad and served cold. BBQ's [censored] rock.
