Thanks everyone.

Day 1 I was a total card rack, picking up many big pairs and AK, and doubling through twice with my AA.

Day 2 was a roller coaster. I started with a reasonable stack, but the blinds were huge. I made a big mistake early in the day when the CO opened, I reraised on the button with AJ, the SB jammed, and I folded getting over 3:1. My brain just wasn't working right and I calculated the pot incorrectly. Once I realized what I did, I was on the worst tilt that I can remember. I got moved to a new table, opened 3 times in a row and getting reraised the 3rd time. Then I pick up AK utg+1, both blinds call. Flop is T93 with two hearts, they check and I bet, sb folds, and the bb moves in. I got a clock called on me I took so long in folding. Everyone thought I folded an overpair, but I almost called off all my chips with ace high.

Most of the rest of the day was doubling up or building my stack up then getting knocked down.

The final table didn't go very well for me, but I was happy with my play. The very first hand I opened 55 in the hijack, it folded to the BB who from what I've seen is the tightest player in the world. He calls for basically half his chips. He has 65 or 70K left (10-20K blinds). The flop is AT6 all clubs, I don't have the 5c. He checks to me and I move in. He folds 88 face up with the 8c.

I wasn't too disappointed with 6th since 1st felt out of reach the whole time at the final table with the one guy having all the chips. And I was happy to get a TV table under my belt after bubbling Reno.

Good job Carl. I'm sure this won't be your last TV final table.
