Tried live chat and they said they will make a notation on my account so that when I finish my current bonus they will then allow me to clear the reload bonus. I just have to e-mail them first. Strange, but hopefully it works out.

FYI. Although it is past the stated cutoff date, this bonus is still active. I made a deposit about 5 minutes ago and the bonus was credited to my account.
