well if you add up the three people in the hand's stacks it comes out to ~450, the total pot size is >>> than this so he must've reloaded and its not been displayed, the overall potsize is probably correct.

I'll just go sit at a NL2000 table with 200 wait till I get all in with a good hand, make sure the others get all in and then reload so I get all their money. Otherwise I can dump the hand and then only be down 200. Enjoy!

I think it's been made pretty clear that you would not be able to do that if you tried.
However, if you want to reload right after a hand ends and right before the next one starts then you can...and if it's timed right it might not show up in the hand-history. This wouldn't do much for you though. So go ahead and try to take advantage of the quirk that obviously doesn't exist. If such a quirk DID exist don't you think everybody would be seeing it over and over and over by now?

The hand history starts recording immediately after the previous hand is complete. It records the players starting chips, but there is a split second after the stacks are recorded, before the hand starts, that a player is still eligible to rebuy/add chips. This only affects the hand histories, the players starting chips on the table are the actual amount with the rebuy/added chips. If he reloaded his chips at the table would be correct, the only thing incorrect is the HH. Right? So if you see how much he has sitting in front of him as a bet why does a small error in the HH create such chaos?
