What is the big deal here. Isn't is standard that people who want to stand on the escalator do so on the right and people who want to walk go on the left?

Because I have legs that work and dont want to have to stand around like a lemon [/ QUOTE ] do you mean a lemming? they MIGRATE brainlessly, they don't stand still. there are times when i would like to move faster on an escalator, but other times i like to enjoy the ride/view. i don't think anybody has justification to get upset about the people in front of them not walking, i could see light disappointment. i blow a lot of unnecessary energy getting angry, and this is one where even i don't get it. now, if some douchebag actually said, "this isn't a ride at disney world" to me...

I'm pretty sure the only reason I haven't moved to Vegas is because everyone walks so slowly there and they stand on the escalators and moving walkways. There's gapers delay when just walking around.
it drives me nuts this is more a problem with me than with them
