Elaine - don't most women like to be "surprised" on some level though? This was my understanding of the female psyche as learned from ex-gfs, female friends, and Hollywood.

My first wife proposed to me. I said yes. Biggest mistake of my life. But I wouldn't mind being proposed to if I was ever in the market. I doubt I will though, I got me a keeper this time.
