The guy replied stating that in the past when you email alias name, real name and amount of cashouts, he has been able to get them processed when he presents individual complaints. I just tried it and will let you know how it goes.

I did live chat with someone from Carnaval last night and bitched to them, this morning my first cashout for 3/4 the total ammount hit my Neteller. 16 days but I am pleased.
