Default Fear Not Jibba

[ QUOTE ]
Looks like I'm going against the majority of 2+2'ers for a decent amount of units. That doesn't exactly make me feel all that confident

[/ QUOTE ]

Wayne Root gave out Denver as his "Game of the Year". When was the last time that scammer was right?

Would this be considered a bad play? Taking Batlimore ML +204 for 2 units and teasing baltimore +5 with the under(33) for another 2 units. Reason being, I think that the weather plays into Baltimore's hands because defense and running the ball are their two most important weapons. The tease would cover my ass in case the Broncos win which I think would be by a small margin in a low scoring game. Feel free to trash my idea, I haven't been betting for long.

jibba their defense actually looks a bit better than last year.
plus you have to view Javon as a improvment..so not sure if you can say this is a "worse" Denver team.

your going to win or lose your bet based on Plummer

[/ QUOTE ]

Well, you could definitely argue that they are a better team on paper, but so far on the field I think it's fair to say that they look like a worse team than last year's team. Maybe they'll prove to everyone that they'll prove themselves tonight against a quality team under the spotlight, but they are still a team with something to prove. And while I wouldn't take Baltimore at even money SU, I'll take them in this spot at +241 all day. But then again, I'm a newbie so you might have to take that into account.

Would have liked a TD there, but not a bad start for the Ravens.

so with the clock running downhill (penalties after running plays making 1:00 go by with no play, running play clock down to 0 before snap, etc.)and no offense, i'm ready to kiss the over 32.5 bet goodbye and go watch animal planet (less commercials anyway)

For better or worse, I've got this bet. My logic is looking good so far.
