Re: FT400 toptop+fd against a reg
[ QUOTE ]
Since he had 99 I like your river check. Bet turn > Bet river as getting raised on this river would really suck as we have underrepped our hand. On top of this betting turn gives our double barrels more credit if we get to showdown. [/ QUOTE ] if this isnt a level then its ridiculous, assuming sum1 hit a set on the river to justify checking behind a big hand like this is obv mental. |

Am I the only one who bet/calls turn? [/ QUOTE ] yes, name one hand in a competent players range that we have the odds on (unless of course he gives us the odds to draw) - that being said, i dont think we r gonna be c/r on this turn very often at all given flop action. |

Re: FT400 toptop+fd against a reg
bet $60 on the turn to balance you range for bluffing the ace when you don't have it. As for what to do if he raises I think I'm calling. If he raises 3x you have odds to draw at 2 pair/trips/flush draw, and him shoving here would look really weird to me so I think I would call that aswell. Would he shove TT 44 or 22 maybe even AT?

Re: FT400 toptop+fd against a reg
So are we all agreed that betting turn is the best option here?
If so, are we all checking the blank river through? Or value betting here as well? If raised on the river, what is our action? |
