you guys arent analyzing it correctly. 2-3-2 favors the weaker team to prolong the series, and is a real bad idea.

[/ QUOTE ]

In theory maybe. IIRC the home team has never won all 3 of the middle games in the finals.

[/ QUOTE ]

???

The Pistons did in 2004.

[/ QUOTE ]

The Heat did it last year.

'Bron is going to get the same treatment Wade got last year, and the Spurs will be screwed like the Mavs were last year.

[/ QUOTE ]

If the spurs EVER get screwed by the refs in this year's playoffs I will be amazed. They got almost every call against Phoenix and they still almost lost game 5 with Amare and Diaw out.

I say Cavs in 6. Weren't the Lakers favored over Jordan's Bulls the first time Jordan won the finals? If Lebron decides to take over, anything is possible.

I hate both of these teams, but it'd be great if Cleveland would win just to shut up all the annoying Western Conference people who act like no team from the East has any chance to win the title. They've been saying this for the past three years, and the East has won two of those titles, and made it to Game 7 the third time.

I voted for Spurs in 6 though.

I don't think so - the Lakers beating Portland that year was a pretty big upset.

People voting Spurs in 5 and especially Cavs in 6 probably think it's a 2-2-1-1-1 series.

A Cavs sweep would be the most hilariously awesome sporting event ever.

Anytime an underdog is picked it's always 6 games cause 5 is too short and you can't win Game 7 on the road.
I like Spurs in 5 cause they're better by a lot.
