I would kill myself too if I only made 200k in a two month period.
The only cure for getting over a huge downswing is to get unstuck. You'll immediately not care about the downswing and probably go offer the maid some overtime work. Sometimes I will take 2 weeks off after getting burnt out and spend the time hanging out with family and friends that I don't get to see as much as I would like. Take a break and go get boxing lessons?

You shouldn't be spending even a day without getting out of your house. It sounds like your job is keeping you isolated. You may know intellectually that poker isn't everything but you're not going to process it right if you don't give yourself the correct stimulation. You can't let your self-identity depend on your poker results.
Join an activity in your community, even if it's something you hate, you have to do it. Keep social networks, even if they are full of people you hate, you have to communicate on a day to day basis just to keep your brain functioning correctly. Also exercise if you can, and if you haven't. If you do it once you will want to repeat. I am convinced that any human being will go bat- [censored] insane if they keep to themselves for too long.

im guessing your nebuchad, go take a break have a holiday with some friends or family or whatever. then step down some limits cause when i was briefly watching some of your games you were out of control to be honest. Also quit playing some people heads up ( think youve stop playing a few people already.)

omfg...mate take a step back look how much money you have and how good you are at poker compared to most who play!!
Eat healthy food,have sex with hot girl(should be easy with ur bankroll)....go on holiday some where hot,Thailand for example to keep out of cold Sweden winter. Take laptop with you...drop down in stakes 5-10NL or some where near.Sun bathe on beach eat nice food go scuba diving. In short enjoy your wealth...and get out more...healthy body=healthy mind! ps-who is op?? Gattcha on ladbrookes? or bengt sonnert?
