[ QUOTE ] Seriously, I'm surprised you think this is that easy Lefort. McMaaaath doesn't get out of line \in my experience. I would fold. [/ QUOTE ] Sure you would [/ QUOTE ] Well, it's nice to think I would |

Re: 300bb flopping a set 10/20
What would he do here with ATd? FWIW, I think this is very close, and I think he shows up here with JJ/QQ a lot, and we're definately a substantial dog to his range here, but with 100BBs already in the pot I'd find this very tough to get away from.

Re: 300bb flopping a set 10/20
Given the play it's hard for him to put you on a set and looks like you might have an over-pair. You actually prefer to see KT over JJ or QQ but I reckon you see an over-set very often here!

Re: 300bb flopping a set 10/20
from the analysis I made if we think he would do it with JQ 50% of the time the call seems mandatory. If you remove JQ totally it's close to 0 EV.
So? JQ possible? |

Re: 300bb flopping a set 10/20
Unlikely he has JJ opening on the button, maybe Kings or Aces. Can't really think of what else you would open on the button without raising? K,10d (who cares, you can still boat up), 4,4 (who cares), you gotta call/lose your money. At least a diamond didn't hit the turn. If he really does have a higher set then he played it really good. Being HU, and how strong his turn bet was, doesn't make sense he has a big set.
