I really dont think twopairs is a big part in any of the two guys ranges. I also think this is a bluff close to zero percent of the time since it would be really weird to minraise pre check twice and then push the river. I do think lower set is possible. I wouldnt read too much into the minraise pre since i know some like to do it with monster and some do with weak hands.

BB can have any 2 since he only had to call $25 into a $135. Would be funny if BB had 24 and UTG had AA.

I think you are <50% chance to win here, but due to stack sizes, I'd talk myself into a call and then berate myself afterwards when I discovered I was in 3rd place.
