Go further on the meta spiral, and bet that you are going to win the very next bet this year, and then make that bet that will be that you win the last two bets.

Here's what I think the most +EV play is... offer him a buyout... anywhere ranging from lunch-$30, after he eventually accepts the buy out then you can start betting with him again.

This is good. Just make sure you have another prop bet ready after he accepts to show him there are no hard feelings.

This is really good, he basically has to accept unless he thinks you can't hold out or he wants to spite you.

2) Your office dude is a retard for not making the bet more specific. You are def. not being a dick. If there was a minimum number of bets for the rest of the year he should have made that part of the deal. gg.
