If you guys are really serious about this, I would suggest playing on GGC, they check for maphacks and pretty much 0 lag.
Not saying any of you are cheaters, just a safe way to gamble with that much money.

dont actually know what om is, but i know dm will affect things, so i guess i could be wrong

Even though luck will be a much bigger factor since the game consists of both ar and em, it will probably be an easy win for the better player. I've played some dota in leagues etc.
If you random viper first e.g. you will have a def win. Unless you meet Vigoss ldo.
