A lot of upsets in the beginning of the year. Hrbaty is famous for amazing starts, always playing well in January, and he loses to two bush league players.

I agree with one of the above posters. Betting on tennis in general I find is VERY -EV. Sure everyone can catch something once in a while. But with the lines you are getting on these posted above (-300), are you really getting a profit? I dont think so.
27-9 record looks good but betting on huge favorites you're just breaking even or thereabouts.

For instance Nuggets are -320 tonight at home against the 76ers who have been on a long road trip.

Not saying the above game is +EV but kind of puts big favs in perspective with regard to tennis.

yeah IMO it's much harder to handicap than something like boxing, where you know the fighter has been training hard and is focused on this one fight.

Thinking about taking Monfils over Youzhny, Pinny has such a better price than bodog though.

C'mon Rainman! I need a winner, and u give me nothing but huge chalk! Bet vs. Goldie against your own peril--he cracks the top twenty this year! Leave the tennis betting to Babymoore and me! see ya...

P.S. How the hands...still golden?

Hey Nick keep posting your tennis picks and topics. Always an interesting read eventhough I haven't picked up a racket in 6 years. Hey do Ryan M. and Geoff A. still play, are they on the futures? Oh BTW betting tennis has been hugely -EV for me, 6 figures or there about and I'm not totally clueless.

Oh yeah please settle a bet for me. I tell my friend Fed still plays with the old original prostaff painted to sell new rackets. As his new painted racket looks too boxy to be the new ntour. He says otherwise.

Fed doesn't paint the old ones. He uses the new ones.
