as pissed off as I was about the delays and lack of communication, Tom did come through for me. I had nothing to go by except Tom's word, and it was good. Now, obviously your delays are a lot more extreme than mine, but since the only thing we have is his word, lets not insult him and lower your chances of getting paid.

Also, please post when you do get paid, otherwise it looks completely skewed when the only posts we see are those who got jipped.

You must be seriously joking about the apology part and posting when we actually receive the stuff. Why should we show the slightest bit of appreciation when he doesn't have the audacity to keep us notified except for an email every other 2 months. There is no way that I would ever even consider apoligizing to that scumbag after 6+ months of waiting for a freakin gift.

Every other affiliate I've ever dealt with has been nothing but honest. If you have had a conversation with him the other day like you say you have, I'd let him know that he is in fact not a stand up guy but rather a complete scumbag for withholding our gifts for so long. If he wanted to do the right thing, he should probably throw in another $50 gift certificate for each person that he has thus far screwed over.

Well, I sent an e-mail to the old address that was listed on the website before it turned into a blank page and today, wonder of wonders, I got an e-mail for $200 to Amazon. Not the $260 I was due, but $200 more than I expected. This has confirmed my feelings about Tom that I had a couple years ago. He's good people that hit a really rough patch. I know my feelings don't do much for those that are still waiting, but I only think it's fair to tell both sides of the story.

I got my GC today as well. Tom's still trying, folks. He really is. Those of us who knew him on the forum always felt that he'd try to to right by us. I know it's hard to keep the faith when we're talking about months at a time, but the comps are coming out, little by little.

In some ways, I wish he was a "scumbag" so that he would screw you over. He isn't, so he won't, but that makes him a better man than me. I would already be shredding any evidence of your association with the forum and pretending you didn't exist. Keep mouthing off big fella, let's test the patience of a man who has nothing to lose by stopping all payments. Tom,if you are reading this, it's too bad you already rewarded Rastaban for his bad mouth, but why not screw the other ones over? You have nothing to lose now. Be nice to see some of these guys have to eat their words...typical aholes (uh oh I resorted to name calling) who get away with being aholes on a daily basis. They deserve it. Once again, reward those most loyal to you, but stand up to these other pr!cks.

I would hardly call ECD taking somw of a CPA payment and kicking some of it back a hand out.
