Why is it imperative to track the Fed Register EVERY day

Then, fire him. Checking the Federal Register EVERY day is one of the ways you need to check on "federal issues", especially since THAT is where the Regs' notices for UIGE Act regs will be posted. No, I saw it after the fact, when I saw the Slate Article, read it and followed up the reference to the Federal Register in the article.
