Song Ripoffs

Not really in the spirit of the thread, but bwana's post reminded me of a famous lawsuit, that I believe went to the Supreme Court. John Fogerty (of CCR) was sued by whoever owned the publishing rights to the CCR catalogue because one of his solo career songs sounded too much like a CCR song (the exact two songs I can't recall). He had written the CCR song, so he was basically being sued for copying himself. He won the case BTW.
