Concerning Tony's repeated claim of being "from the streets", who's got a Tony G photo in in gang colors/signing?

I need proof of his street cred, dawg.

I think the bluff magazine site is doing it as well...they may even be stealing live updates.

[/ QUOTE ]

I think Bluff magazine own the rights so its not stealing.

[/ QUOTE ]

Bluff bought the media rights, and then subcontracted (solds) the chip-count rights to pokernews.

Problem Tony G has is that content is copywritable, but information contained within content is not. Cardplayer can legally open op the Poker News.com website and use the information to create it's own site provided there is no copyright infringement (the words cannot be the same or similar).

But collections of information can be copyrighted. So if there were thirty pieces of info that were in the public domain, and I collect them together to make my book, 'Thirty pieces of public domain info', then you publish a book that contains the same thirty pieces of info, that may well be a breach of my copyright.

BTW, wasn't it CardPlayer who last year made a huge fuss about a reporter from Bluff cutting and pasting info from *their* website?

I am from the street. I have made many mistakes in my life, but I have always felt that I treated all people fairly and with respect.

I'm not going to repost all the youtube videos, I'm just going to ask a simple question. WHAT?

If that is true, good for Tony G. I wouldn't be surprised if it was. I hope he can bone them royally if it is.

He's an obnoxious fool at the table for sure. But if he's building something and they're screwing him, they should pay.
