Anyone try the BetFred bonus? How tough is it?

It appears to be a regular 10x, any rake counts, 100% to $250 intial deposit bonus. I can't find anywhere on there that specifically states that the pot only has to be raked (pots get raked at $1 for NL) and that there isn't a minimum rake (such as that it has to be raked at least $0.25) just like Party where any raked hand counts.

Anyone do this bonus? Is my assumption on what counts as a raked hand correct? What network is this site on? How are the games there?
