Can't blame him really. It's the kind of business where you need to be in with the cops and the City good, or things will be rough for you. Plus lots of the ho's and their customers tend to tear up the joint and threaten other guests, break into rooms, etc. A ho comes with a whole ho support system of sleazeballs.
