Sucks, but it's much easier to make the rule "can't take chips off the table except to pay for refreshements or to tip" than to make it "can't take chips off the table except to pay for refreshments or to tip or if the person complaining is a nit." And it's not like the rule is there for no reason at all. And if that is the rule they may even be breaking the law by not enforcing it when someone complains.

OK... I quick update as I have been slacking in keeping this updated...
So at our last update, our trusty hero was sitting in the middle of May and had not yet played a single hand. Well that shortly changed, and our trusty hero wishes it hadn't. LOL May was bad for limit poker.. 4 sessions @ 15 hours for a total of -$859 [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] I did happen to play some spread limit because for whatever reason I was a bit burned from live limit.. so in 2 sessions on June 1st and 8th, I walked away +$963 in just 5 hours.. yay donkeys! Well July and Aug (so far) have been good and I'm back into the live limited hold 'em groove... which included at +$620 session today at 6/12 in just 3 hours! Totals so far...  LOL at June and May
