[/ QUOTE ] yes, because the only measure of a quality post is whether a bunch of people respond to it or not. this is what happens when i try to make an exception and NOT * someone who has made more than one post in a short period of time that clearly disregards the OOT sticky. not only did i not * him, i left his crappy threads open instead of locking them, as many posters have requested. i banned dom again, for longer this time. the rules clearly say that if you have a problem with OOT moderation, you PM someone or post about it elsewhere.
