Yup, 2/3 of the way down the cashier page when you try to deposit there is red text that is a hyperlink for other methods. Click it and you'll find Neteller.

Yes, under the wallet thing there should be a tab (actually I think that it is a rather tiny hyperlink) that says 'other accounts' or 'other methods' and you have to click on that to register your neteller account.

"Please note: Only raked hands played at blinds of $0.25/$0.50 and above for pot limit / no limit, or stakes of $0.50/$1 or above for fixed limit will count towards your wagering requirements. A raked hand is where you are dealt cards in a real money cash game and the pot reaches a sufficient amount to be raked (see our rake structure here). You do not necessarily have to put any money in the pot for the hand to contribute towards your raked hand count. Tournament hands are not raked so only cash game play counts towards wagering requirements."

this looks pretty awsome to me. so the rake doesnt need to reach a certain ammount for it to count as a raked hand? like on the cryptos where it has to reach 0.25c. if not, this looks like an awsome bonus for 0.50/1.00 players.

you must play at least .5/1 (for limit holdem - poker -->promotions -->first deposit -->details).
the pot gets raked with 50 cents when it reaches 5$ (poker -->pokerinfo -->rake).

at no limit holdem the pot gets raked 5 cents every dollar (nothing about 0.25 minimum elsewhere). but you must play at least .50/1.

Not true at all. I haven't played anything but .25/.50 NL and their live help has told me I've earned 1550 hands towards the 2500 needed to release the bonus.
