Someone is going to get hurt if she keeps telling you she loves you and you are just in it for sex. I would say that "being a man" means being honest with her about your feelings, which doesn't necessarily mean ending it - it puts it into her court whether she wants to continue or not. If it were "just sex" you wouldn't even post here, you obviously are concerned about not hurting her feelings too bad (or you might just be concerned with not getting your nut on, as most OOTers would be). If you tell her the truth and she breaks it off, it will be better in the long run, find a new [censored] buddy whose life you won't ruin. Remember that girls feel differently about situations like this than guys do.
