Some of the ideas are theoretical, and some are more practical. You can see an example of two of the concepts in the May Magazine .

We should start shipping to the various Amazon warehouses tomorrow. Then it takes a few days for the books to arrive. Then it's up to them to start filling their orders and I can't say how fast that will happen. Best wishes, mason
