300 to 400 quid = around 600 to 800 US dollars. Conversion rate is about 1 to 1.98$ last time i was in London (two weeks ago). That's still a pricey ticket. I paid around 30 quid in Oct to see Everton V Fullham, but then again that was Everton V Fullham.

LOL @ £300-£400. The clubs would never charge that much. I used to have a season ticket at Chelsea which is supposed to be the most expensive and that only cost £650 for all 19 league games. Even if you don't have a season ticket, the most they'll charge you for a top game is £100 maximum and when I went to the 4-2 Chelsea Barca game (one of the best games in Europe in a long time) I think I spent no more than £50 for the ticket.

I'm surprised how much these are actually ($250) but it is a local derby I guess.

I paid $30 for BYU vs Oregon, the equivalent would be a third round cup match between Coventry and West Ham, and that would be more like $45.

It's expensive here, but not as expensive as people think unless you see one of the very top sides.

I'm a West Ham fan and go to their games regularly....you wont find tickets any cheaper than £35/£40 for any team they play
