You did fine on all counts. I don't mind at all you tagging him with the "Pro" label when he started the name calling.

NL1/2 game a couple days ago someone at the table for no obvious reason started refering to the guy to my right by female labels. Basically the Scrubs thing where each reference to him was with a different female name or title. He'd done it about 5 times. Comes a hand where the name caller has made a large bet and the guy to my right, not in the hand, analyzes it out loud while we're waiting for the other player to act. When it's over, the name caller tells the guy to my right to knock off the hand analysis during play. Guy to my right without dropping a beat says "knock off the girly names, then". That was that and the two got along fine afterwards.

Does this get posted if he did win it?

I think we can pretty much anonymously agree that player 1 is a prick.

In this case you should have immediately called for the Floor during the hand before the unanimous player acts. Pro will get chastised and warned and the other player will almost definitely call once the smoke clears and it is his turn to act...

I did call the floor during the hand... "unanimous " player then indicated that he was on a draw as he folded..

Floor basically told the guy "don't do that." and that was it.

Mr Rick gets the banana.

Similar thing happened this morning, but just sorta joking between players. Shorthanded 15/30, LP saying "I call!" before action to him. MP bets, LP raises. MP asks, "isn't he held to a call?" I say action has changed; if MP had checked, LP could be held to a check. MP re-raises and shows down a big hand. We all chuckle and then go home and sleep with our wives.

Hey, man, it's the Bay Area. I'm ok, you're ok. Groovy.

Tho' really it was just a paraphrased reference to Clue.

A hand that has been turned face up and is clearly the winning hand cannot be killed on a technicality or dealer error. Anyone may point out the fact that cards speak and are not violating any rules by doing so.

When this POS speaks out during my hand I stop the game RIGHT THERE and insist on the floor IMMEDIATELY. This schmuck has never seen wrath like the public nut-kicking he's about to get if he pulls this bullpucky on me.

[/ QUOTE ]

100% Correct!
