I think there is absolutely zero chance villain folds a jack. Why do we assume villain folds because of the stacks? I doubt villain adjusts his game to the depth of the stacks. The more likely scenario is he sees he has jacks full and calls.

Raising small to hope villain 3 bets seems like it will work significantly less than just raising big and hoping he calls. If villain is iffy about calling a big bet, then why would he be inclined to shove himself? His AF is not huge, and his PFR is not huge either.

OP this whole hand up till the river is just yuck. As played, overbet is fine here, Make it like 12ish, then kick yourself for slowplaying into this mess.
