I finally got through on live chat and they said "We are aware of the issue, your deposit and bonus will be credited." They could not give a timeframe.

I spent most of the 3rd and 4th quarters of the game on hold with customer service. Their servers crashed during the latter part of happy hour, but the backups have records of the deposits. They expect credits to go through tomorrow.

i just tried to deposit $1350 and it was denied b/c it said that it was out of the range permitted, said max deposit was $1000. anyone run into this?

Has anyone whose deposit is in the abysss had their account credited, or even had a reply from them? I've had neither and my account still shows zero, though I did get an autoreply right after I sent my email right after I deposited yesterday, but that hasn't been followed up on.

You're way ahead of me. I haven't even received an automated response to my email. Also, I can't tell you if my deposit has shown up yet because I am 0 for 4 on being able to access the web site so far today. I'll wait a while and try again.

I think their t&c's state a deposit max of $1000

just deposited, 15% was auto-credited to me. i was also able to log in first try.

edit: also you can deposit more than once and receive the bonus each time, apparently.

i just deposited (via neteller) and the bonus wasn't auto-credited to me, lol
