No. You need a read that he either can lay down semi-decent one pair hands and/or is second barreling with a high frequency to do this IMO. Otherwise cc is better, especially with the well-disguised flush draw.

Its pretty close, I dont think its a horrible call considering how passively you played the hand. Half the time it will be 66 or 88 or something pretty weak, but fairly often an unknown could be doing this with A or K high even.
