I think your flop play sucks. What happends after flop play is ok. whether u call or fold the turn. against some and most players i would call, but there are certain players u can fold this too. EEE isnt one of them i think.

What do you think the correct flop play would be and why does his play suck? Who would you fold this to?

Pretty hard to get away from A9. So many players would come back at a very aggressive player such as Phille with many weaker 9's than A9. This is just one of those situations where your stacks going in and you hope your best.

EEE has 1010 I guarantee it!

do you always bet half pot with a strong hand? I would bet $700-$800 and play the same from there. Unless he's far more likely to raise the weak 1/2 pot bet, but I doubt it.

I agree that my flop bet was weird and no, I don't usualy bet that small... I was multi tabling and probably went to fast.
