not retarted and not trying to be funny. a bundle can be made in 1 year but a big loss in the 2nd. if the tax law was fair we could carry forward this loss to future years but we can not do that.

i doubt like hell many poker players are paying full taxes on winnings.

the solution is to find a way to get it out and then bury it in a fireproof safe in your basement.

what options are there? open a bank account in the grand caymans and then fed ex bundles of 50k back to the states?
