unless it's a satelite, the top 9 get tickets and one other player is extremely shortstacked and about to be in the big blind... and asleep.

Seems to, considering antes and an opponent that will call with any two.

Brings up a question, though, is it +cEV to call with 22 if SB is moving in with any 2?

So the antes create an artificial situation where both are correct.

[/ QUOTE ]
If SB is moving in with two, calling with 22 is easily cEV+. Calling with 22 is probably cEV+ against many opponents not pushing any two. Obviously cEV != $EV, but I don't want to get into that issue any further.

You answered my main question, yes, and that's all I wanted. I don't think the cEV != $EV part is too relevant to the discussion anyway.

What it comes down to is that since moving in is clearly +EV, some situation needs to arise which causes raising a lesser amount to be more so. Or some weird satellite situation which makes folding the best play of all.
You guys can figure out what exactly that is.

unless BB is a bonehead and will fold everything but his very good hands to significantly smaller raise. And the hands he plays he pushes over top...allowing you to fold when he has a monster...but take the pot uncontested when he doesn't have a monster.

OMG OMG OMG I will forever be known as the guy who actually got Sklansky to change a mistake he makes.

he said "dueces" instead of "two dueces."

See other thread about a simple question for proof. Also, proof that Sklansky does actually read responses after he posts.

I win.

It is Omaha, you have four of them and BB will always call?
