so did 2 people who don't know how to swim break into the pool after it was closed, to swim?

Sounds like evolution at work.

It's also confusing to me that an adult could be so terrible in the water that they could drown in a pool. Were these kids or adults? Were they wasted? I would think you could just thrash about and get to one of the sides of the pool.

It appears she is fully clothed in her 'normal' clothes, goes to her room to get her PJs, takes them to the bathroom and changes. standard operating procedure.

We still don't know what the changing situation is when she has sex.

Apparently there were two guys hanging out by the pool, they jumped the fence to get inside (closed after 9). neither of them could swim. one guy goes to get some things from his apt and comes back, the toher guy's in the pool struggling. he tries to get some people to help but no one answers, finally comes and gets my female roommate. she tries to get him but she has asthma and can't get too deep. so she gets the male roommate, who is able to get him but it was too late.

[/ QUOTE ]

This makes no sense.

Dudes A and B jump a fence to get into the pool.

Dude B jumps the fence to go get "stuff" from his apt.

Dude A gets into the pool (apparently in the deep end) but can't swim.

Dude B jumps the fence (for the third time) and sees DD (Dead Dude) struggling in the water.

Dude B jumps the fence (again) to run and get help.

FR (female roommate) who can't swim and is reportedly naked, jumps the fence and tries to help. Dude B jumps the fence (for the 5th time) with FR.

FR jumps the fence to go get MR (male roommate).

Both FR and MR jump the fence to get back into the pool.

So, the story doesn't add up. Both FR and MR are suspects. If they were both sleeping, they would have both awoken and helped immediately. If FR was awake, she would have woken MR or you (or both) to help. If MR was awake, he would have just gone right away.

Who called 911?
Why didn't the sirens wake you up?
Who in their right mind locks a pool at 9:00pm during summer?
When you looked in the parking lot for cars, was there an ambulance or cop cars around?
This would be especially disturbing if you lived on a 2nd or 3rd floor.
Where are the naked FR pics?

There either was a 3rd party involved who split the scene, or Dude B is a liar who must be in pretty good shape. What with all the fence-jumping and whatnot.

I couldn't rule out involvement by either FR or MR at this point either. Lock your door dude.....

I feel like half the responders don't understand that there is a male roommate whose clothes were in the bathroom, and a female roommate whose clothes were in her room. I don't know if people actually think your roommates were involved in drowning this dude, but if they actually wanted to kill someone they'd probably cover their tracks better.

f-ed up, though.

This is the first thing that I thought. I swam competitively and used to teach a beginners class (for adults not kids). Even the worst adult males with no swimming experience at all could somehow still make his way a few yards or so to the nearest wall. I'm not picturing an olympic size pool here, how deep is it? Plus what's up with another adult male who doesn't just reach for the guy or jump in?

My apt pool is about 20 yards long and not every wide.. plus it doesn't have a deep end, it goes about 5 ft. I'm guessing it's made that way to prevent idiots from diving/drowning.
