Neteller update = EFT status

Well the guy told me that I couldn't do anything with the money even if I canceled the EFT but I told him that I was going to withdraw via the Neteller card, but still he said that it's blabhlabha pending and that it's already in the process.

Neteller insists that the EFTs are processing but slowly. However I suspect the 2 week delay is so they setup an alternative ACH processor though they adamantly deny this is the case. They say that a volume related technical issue is the cause and they are sorting it out slowly.

Then why hasn't one person gotten an EFT?

I heard their EFT provider stopped doing transactions so if they told you otherwise, they are lying. All evidence points to this being the case.

I took out 4 5k EFTs on the 16th (20k for you math experts) around 11am and they are still showing as Accepted. I have yet to see it change to pending nor money in my bank account.

Just got off the phone. I made one EFT the day before the shyte hit the fan. That EFT was not able to be canceled and I was told Id have to wait 2 or more weeks. The second one I made on the 17th was canceled and I moved the money plus the rest of my balance to the ATM card. Im visiting my parents this weekend and I dont have my card so Ill be hitting the ATM machine Monday morning.

Oh and the guy was vague but I got to him to sort of admit they have problems with their processors.

I have a Neteller ATM card I got 4-5 months ago. About a month ago I recieved an email stating that they are changing there cards and I should either withdraw they money or deposit it back into Neteller before January something.

Can I still use that card? or better yet, is anyone else using there card from a month ago or more?

I made 4 5k efts and 1 2k eft on the 16th before this happened. All 6 efts had been showing as "Accepted" and I just checked right now: the 2k eft is showing "Pending" all of a sudden.
