Because this is OOT, this thread is already retarded. "Incredibly Stupid Movies" doesn't mean anything that's not great that you enjoy, it means what it says. Super Troopers, Wayne's World, Billy Madison, and Tommy Boy are all widely considered funny movies, and three of them are classics of a sort.

A good example of an incredibly stupid movie that I enjoy is XXX: State of the Union. I seriously think someone made it as a joke and NO ONE would consider it a good movie.
