Im a little confused about why people are confused he HAS to get doomswitched or HAS to be bad at handling the downswings when they come.

Yeah, he MIGHT get doomswitched, but enough of this "I flipped a coin and it came up heads 10 times in a row, and after that it came up tails a bunch of times, so get ready to see tails!"

So I guess i am sorry for offending, and funny enough i played chess for a few years as well, but god... lol.

Forget about god, the first 61 words of his post were spot on. I don't know about your game, I can tell you mine is nothing special. Zero poker ego and very little tilt keep me in the black and in control.

Just keep solid BR management from here on out and you will be fine. Congrats on setting goals and reaching them!

Just make sure you maintain a life outside of poker - frats aren't everything (GDI BABY)

Oh and to answer the bankroll question, at 18 buyins to the next level, i play 4 tables to familiarize myself and see how it goes. If i feel comfortable and win a buyin or two, then i fire up 12 tables and let that mother burn. If i get below 17 id drop down and rebuild.

Yeah i actually have a GF here on campus and things are going great. Also im getting grades in 3/4 classes, freaking geology ;/ . Somewhat of a balance is necessary.
