Re: Would this make the NBA about 5,546 times better to watch?
I like the idea... the intentional fouls are more of a problem... but to say that timeouts don't do as much harm as fouls so whatever is just dumb
It wouldn't have as great of an effect as you would think tho OP... but I do think it would be better and BTYS, your analogies would have to make sense for them to be funny... |

i think the nba would be better to watch if every single player had an electric jersey on at all times wired to electricute them each time they miss a basket or get dunked on. [/ QUOTE ] You're an idiot. Electrocute* means to kill by electricity. Pretty sure that would make the game so boring as no one would shoot/dunk unless they could guarentee and basket. |

Re: Would this make the NBA about 5,546 times better to watch?
My father has suggested for years that the basket be set at 11ft. and move randomly through the course of the game.
I was a huge basketball junkie in my youth, but have not watched a single NBA game in many years. Why? Because of what I call the "jump stop" era of basketball. The whole game just sucks. |

NBA is very good right now, and will probably have their best season in years (assuming spurs don't win)

[/ QUOTE ] noone has just answered the guys question except me... what does your question have to do with timeouts, one thing at a time and to your ridiculous idea... so then the end of the game is about trying to foul without making it look intentional... AWESOME |

RAF,
The only two people who liked your suggestions were onlinebeginner and ArnoldO. So, uh, I wouldn't make anymore suggestions in the near future. |
