Big question for me, hopefully someone can answer...

How safe is it to have 100k sitting in AP?

[/ QUOTE ]

If its too good to be true, it isn't.You can't get 9% at any western interest bearing securities. Max, about 6%. Read the fine print. I'd be forever shaky with that type of offer from a non insured off shore, gonna run if it gets tough, type of site. Play poker, put your money in safe securities.

Months from now we'll be reading about how AP went busto using customer funds for some very risky market speculation.

I generally do 60kish VIP points a month, and they only require 10k.

Very easy to maintain.

It's about 7,500 hands at midstakes (10/20+) a month.

Um sick how many hands a month do you average? You're hitting the $3k ARP bonus every 2.5 months if you're not confusing ARP and VIP points.

So, um, is some crazy rich guy just gonna drop a ton of money on AP and pay some low stakes guy to grind out the requirements? Something must be missing here.

Maybe you should, oh I don't know, wait to see the actual promotion and terms of the promotion before engaging in wildly stupid speculation?

Isn't it likely the games will become drastically tougher? There are already how many of you saying you would start playing there or go back, I'm pretty sure I'd rather be playing against people that don't read this forum. If Starts and FT started doing this also this would be great.

i've often thought that it may be profitable to run rake free high stakes games, and use the money from interest from player accounts to fund the process.
