It seems to me that the best choice is for you to keep the topic lingering in the air with your gf while you game the friend to the point where she would break up with her bf (who BTW looks to be a goof and so this shouldn't be too hard to do). Then you do the threesome, get your girl comfy with it while still gaming the friend, and lead the whole party into a you-gf-friend threeway sex-based relationship. Lord knows how stable this would be, but I think it's worth the effort to put all this together and have a shot at some good 3-way action every night for a few months (before it falls apart and you lose both chicks).

That of course assumes sex is important enough to sacrifice, and also that 3-way is significantly better than jsut you and your gf, since ultimately this idea will likely kill your current relationship after a month or two.

I personally would rather have me and my girl (currently fictional) and nobody else. But I'm more of a romantic... and we'll see how I feel after a few threeways.

Stating the obvious..

The fact that your girl is even considering this is a reason to dump her, or at least not be involved in an exclusive romantic relationship with her. Even if you decide no to do it, your girl would have been willing to let that other guy [censored] her. This is bound to lead to trouble in your relationship later on, at which point you will immensely regret not getting the 3some.
